23. The reason you aren't finding any boars is because there are very few areas where they are common. For example I've unlocked 8 Radio Towers and have only opened up one area that has them. It'll most likely be the same size if not a little bigger than FC2, so about 19 Square Miles of use able map. Why would you compare it to Just Cause 2? No other game has a world even close to that size, with the exception of some racing games and Just Cause 1. JC2's world isn't actually very big.
