Stuttering fix. For anyone who is having this issue, I figured it out after some searching/testing. Using whatever software for your mouse (Logitech g-hub, Razer Synapse, ect), make sure the polling rate is set to 500 or below as 1000 causes awful stuttering whenever you move the cursor.
